Offering beautiful fully furnished one, two and three bedroom condominiums, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, private boat ramp, docking area, boat slips, private lighted fishing pier with ample cleaning stations and seating benches, covered picnic area and grill stations, and a sandy private beach for sandcastles and play.

There is always something to do for everyone.  Ready for fishing? Our well lighted fishing pier is one of the newest and most relaxing in the area.  Benches and cleaning stations are located throughout the pier.  It is great for day or night time fishing. Prime redfish & speckled trout fishing await you. Just take a few steps from your condo, and you are ready to enjoy fast and furious trout action or catch the reds running.   

For those who chose to bring their own boat, Kontiki is the perfect spot for you.  You can launch your boat from the spacious boat ramp, and then dock right at your front door of your condo. 

You can relax at one of two pools and enjoy adjacent covered picnic areas with grill stations.  For those tennis enthusiasts, tennis courts are on property and ready for action.  If you need a faster paced game, you can shoot hoops and play basketball on our basketball courts.

Kontiki Beach is in a quite corner of north Fulton  Aransas County away from the crowds.  So, if you decide to do some  bird watching, you will be able to catch many varied species without ever leaving the grounds.
